purple & mixed stuff

We had a bank holiday in the middle of the week (August 15th) so it has been an unconventional week, like having two fridays and two sundays in a row, so not that bad. Temperatures have been quite pleasant, but still in the summer side, so we have enjoyed some walks and terraces and ice creams (mine without lactose, please). Obviously, I've managed to take only crap photos, because that's what happens when I'm having fun!.
Have a nice weekend and see you on the other side!

- sarong as a skirt, bought when on holiday / pareo a modo de falda, comprado de vacaciones
- black t-shirt, unknown? / camiseta negra, ni se sabe
- purple kimono and bag by Nonapapallona / kimono morado y bolsito, de Nonapapallona
- sandals, Chiruca (outlet) / sandalias
- bracelets, flea markets, Dayaday / pulseras, de mercadillo y Dayaday
- earrings, portuguese handicraft (retail) / pendientes, de artesanía portuguesa

Similar outfit was worn previously, April.

Algo muy parecido, anteriormente en Abril

Tassel earrings that I made using those tassels which came at the end of a drawstring. Now my drawstring pants have some knots and I have some earrings!. I've also upcycled some broken earrings pieces, because I never throw away any beads!
And these 'crafty' earrings match my necklace!

  6. I love the close-up shots of your fabrics and jewelry! How cool that the purple fabric has little origami animals! And I love how you took drawstring tassels and made them into earrings - such a fabulous idea!

Mid-week holiday are so odd - but hey, a short week is awesome!
