orange & print

As weather is becoming more 'autumnal' and temperatures are more bearable, we've restarted our walks through city parks and this is what I've been wearing. Not intentionally I wore orange tops with printed skirts both days. However I picked my african wax printed skirt intentionally to link Modish Matrons do Africa as it's the only african item I own. I'm a huge fan of this kind of prints and I'd like to see more of them and more african designers too in magazines or street style!

  1. I am in love with you first skirt. I like the african prints too, but I have nothing to wear in this colorful printed stuff. Love your accessories :)

  2. I'm particularly fond of orange mixed with blues and purples, so both of your outfits make my pulse race. Your African waxed cotton skirt is a delight, and the necklace you're wearing with it is exactly my kind of thing as well. I actually love this time of year - if the weather behaves, that is - as even the hottest of days cool down overnight, which makes it much more bearable. Hope you're having a wonderful weekend! 4. That African print is amazing! I see nothing here in the thrifts like that! You look fabulous in orange. I'm really glad you're able to resume your walks, and that the temps are back down to a livable level! Have a wonderful week, my dear!

  5. I love the bold patterns and colours of African wax cotton prints but they don't work with anything else in my wardrobe. The skirt looks great with the orange top.
