massive flower

Making the most of the summertime in the city (far away from the sea!), I've worn this beach-like outfit to work and to go for a walk in the evening too. It was quite hot last week, so this colorful outfit felt like a great idea and some co-workers agreed. Their positive comments were pretty appreciated!.
Both my 'massive flower' skirt and the printed top were bought second hand and revamped. The top was a body-con dress that I cut away and the skirt was also a dress whose elasticated top was removed (see here). I think that both of them were lucky finds!.
Linking Visible Monday and wishing you a visible week and a Slow Fashion Season.

I'm pretty impressed that the top used to be a dress.

  8. I love big bold prints like this - that's what I look for when I'm thrifting! You would not even know that these were both cut down from dresses - great job on that! I don't miss retail shopping either - like you, I almost never shop retail!
