reliable outfit & new bag

I've been feeling a little bit uninspired last days due to my usual spring mood, asthenia, allergies and all that stuff. But I'm managing it better than previous years, and it's not really that bad. And something that could cheer up my day is dressing up in a reliable outfit, something comfy&cool which reinforce my own comfidence and personality. Comfort is key but I also believe in the power of layering and accessorizing, so I've worn my 80's duster (bought in 1987 to attend a wedding!), a statement necklace and my new straw bag. I've been looking for this kind of rounded bag since my last holidays in Portugal, where they're easy to find. I was so stupid to didn't buy one when I had a chance, and I regretted!. It's a good thing that I found same kind of bags at Etsy!

  2. These bags are all the rage right now aren't they? I love how the circle mimics the circle on your tee.

Spring allergies are not fun. I'm on nasal steroids and they have helped me deal with mine very well.

  3. I absolutely adore that bag! I can understand your regret at not picking up one when in Portugal, so I'm glad you were able to indulge after all. Love the tie-dye t-shirt and the duster. I find it quite amazing that you've had it since 1987. Sorry to hear about your allergies. They're not much fun, I know. Besos xxx

  4. That duster is amazing - I just love it! How cool that you still have it after all these years! It's homegrown vintage! Cool bag - I've seen a lot of straw ones around lately.

  5. That bracelet totally mimics your pants!
Your new bag looks so soft and squishy.
And your duster (new term I learnt since blogging) looks so nice and swooshy.
I hope your health and state of mind improves quickly! Spring while beautiful can bring some nasties.

  8. Spring has hit me with allergies too (for me it means itchy eyes and coughing). We carry on though, as the warm weather means we want to be outside. That 80's duster is such a funky layering piece. I would love one like that.
