red sneakers & switch

Weather was quite warm last week, but mornings are chiller and chiller, so I've worn some light coats and jackets. Some layering has been also included in my outfits, as I have to dress up for any erratically changing temperature. Avoiding overheating and sweating in the midday is a challenge. Obviously, I fail miserably many times in being comfortable whatever the weather, but I'm keeping an acceptable level of comfort (which is good enough for me!)
Are you also freezing your *@#& in the morning only to have to carry the burden of your jacket/coat/pullover a few hours later?
Linking Visible Monday and wishing you a visible week and a slow fashion autumn.

  1. Jungles trousers and bastard massive flower skirt - two of my favourites!
I'm glad your coping with the trials and tribulations of this schizophrenic season. I'm just happy it's not raining! xxx

  2. It's hard to get dressed in these in-between days, especially if temperatures soar during the day. I know it well, and I'm usually quite sweaty by midday. So, layering in indeed a must, which you did perfectly here. Both your massive flower skirt and your jungle trousers are perfect transition items. Loving your embroidered top and that fabulous necklace in your second outfit! Besos xxx

  3. Oh it's tricky isn't it deciding what to wear everyday? I love your jungly print trousers with the jacket and the huge flower skirt with the red coat. I'm adding jackets and cardigans to everything I wear as it has got colder but not always cold enough for coats. I've also started wearing boots and winter shoes and tights and socks. It will be ages before we get back to open shoes or sandals and tights free or sock free legs and feet!

Hope your week has been going well,
    xxx

  4. HUGE FLOWER returns! I love that skirt.

I hope you've been safe from the heavy rain - it's been on the news here in the UK and looks terrible.

  5. Loving your new earrings - they are stunning! I also really love your new-to-you leather coat - what a magnificent colour! Yes, I'm bundled up in the mornings, freezing, and then open coat, no gloves, sweating on the way home! Such a typical fall.
