cyclamen & new year

I'm joining this week theme at 52-Pick-Me-Up: Cyclamen, wearing my bold color jacket, which color is not properly as pink as Cyclamen flower, it's more similar to maglia ciclamino as it was used to be (more information here, because I know there's a lot of people that never watched a bycicle race!). Sometimes it's difficult to define a particular shade or color using your own native language, but it can turn into nonsense when you're speaking another language!.

El tema de esta semana en 52-Pick-Me-Up es el ciclamen, y me he unido con mi chaqueta de color vivo, que no es que sea propiamente rosada como la flor, es más bien similar a la maglia ciclamino como solía ser (si no seguís el ciclismo en absoluto, más información aquí). Y es que a veces es dificilísimo definir un color o tono en particular, incluso en la lengua materna!!

weekly fav dress #5

You can see it was windy when these pics were taken, but not really cold, and we enjoyed some warm days until Sunday. So I could wear my polka dot dress, with a light coat. Today it would be a nonsense to wear such clothes, because weather has become properly wintery and we're below zeroºC (32ºF) which I consider officially cold.
But I'm still ready to join the party at Visible Monday!

Como podéis ver, hacía viento cuando sacamos estas fotos, pero tampoco es que hiciera frío, y hemos tenido unos días muy templados hasta el domingo. Así que me pude poner este vestido de lunares, con un abrigo de entretiempo. Hoy hubiera sido una locura ponerse algo así, porque el tiempo se ha vuelto invernal de verdad y estamos a bajo cero, lo que para mí significa que hace Frío (oficialmente).
Pero aún puedo unirme a la fiesta del lunes visible Visible Monday!

Actually, there's not any new activity to report, just some walks with my parents and Mr.A., enjoying holidays. We took these pics pretending we were tourists, as usual, and get some advice from locals about monuments to visit. People is usually that nice!

En realidad, no tengo nada nuevo que contar, simplemente unos cuantos paseos con mis padres y Mr.A., aprovechando las vacaciones. Nos sacamos unas fotos como si fuésemos turistas, según suele ser habitual, tanto es así que alguna gente nos aconsejó sobre monumentos que visitar y tal. La gente suele ser así de amable!

share-in-style: christmas

This time I took the easy way out and pick a green and red outfit to Share-in-Style: christmas. It's not my first time mixing complementary colors, neither wearing layers!. I've worn a leather jacket under my red coat, which is not a proper winter coat, because it's getting cooler these days. So some layering is not only funny but also very sensible!

Esta vez he elegido el camino fácil y me decidí por el rojo y verde tan navideño para el tema de Share-in-Style: christmas. No es mi primera vez mezclando colores complementarios, ni tampoco llevando superposiciones. Me he puesto una chaqueta de cuero bajo el abrigo rojo, porque no es que sea un abrigo de invierno propiamente dicho, y está haciendo frío estos días. Así que superponer capas no sólo es divertido, también es una decisión muy prudente!
