Repeat, please!

Totally in a Repeat Offender mood last weeks, I've worn my old winter coats and clothes again and again, shopping my closet. Not a bad thing!. But I've also been visiting second hand webs and finally shopped some dresses and stuff, probably because of January being such a dismal month (excuses, excuses). Now I have to make some room for them, so my wardrobe is now under ruthlessly examination and some (not so fabulous) pieces have to go out. Keeping things tidy!
Totalmente en modo repetitivo las últimas semanas, he llevado los mismos abrigos y mismas prendas de invierno de siempre, una y otra vez, sacándole partido a mi armario. Pero también estuve curioseando las webs de segunda mano y al final he comprado unos vestidos y cositas, supongo que porque Enero es un mes bastante poco animado (excusas!). Ahora tendré que hacerles sitio, así que mi armario está ahora mismo bajo un despiadado análisis y va a haber prendas (no especialmente estupendas) que se tendrán que ir fuera. Haciendo un poco de mantenimiento!

I'm taking you back in time to Saturday the 17th, when we did our usual groceries shopping and other mundane tasks. I was going to pick some books at the public library (which is around that corner) when asked Mr.A. to take a photo since the sky was menacing rain. Actually, it was raining cats and dogs when we went out of the library, so we had to go shopping an umbrella at a nearby bazaar. Neither of us is a huge fan of umbrellas but we made the most of our new and massive one.
Top and skirt were previously a second hand dress which I revamped some time ago. Adidas sneakers (old). Crochet cardi (barely visible). Massive scarf/shawl was retail shopped years ago. Coat was also retail shopped (label Sophiacurvy). New bag label Lolina.
Nos vamos de vuelta al sábado 17, cuando salimos por la mañana a hacer la compra y unos cuantos recados. Justo iba a sacar unos libros de la biblioteca pública, que queda a la vuelta de la esquina, y le pedí a Mr.A. que mejor me sacara una foto porque el cielo estaba amenazando lluvia. En realidad, ya estaba lloviendo a mares cuando salimos de la biblioteca, y tuvimos que correr a comprar un paraguas a un bazar cercano. No es que nos gusten mucho los paraguas a ninguno de los dos, pero menos mal!.
Este top y falda fueron antes un vestido de segunda mano que reformé, hace tiempo. Zapatillas Adidas, antigüitas. Chaquetita de ganchillo (apenas se ve). Bufanda/chal de una tienda local. También abrigo de una tienda local (marca Sophiacurvy). Bolso nuevo marca Lolina.

Orange is the new orange!. Sunny monday called for some vitaminic colour (even under a black coat). Black 'normal' trousers by PuntRoma. Second hand orange shirt and t-shirt. Crochet cardi by myself (it was a little bit shrinked/felted after I washed it in the summer, but still wearable). Scarf by AlpagaLeMonde. Retail shopped coat. Sneakers by Nike (outlet).
El naranja es el nuevo naranja!. Nada como un color vitamínico en un lunes soleado, incluso bajo un abrigo negro. También pantalón negro, muy normal, del PuntRoma. Camisa y camiseta naranjas de segunda mano. Chaqueta de ganchillo, fabricación casera, se me quedó algo encogida después de lavarla este verano, pero aún se puede usar. Bufanda de AlpagaLeMonde. Abrigo de tienda local. Zapatillas Nike outlet.

Even if we have had some sunny (but cold) mornings, we also had storms and damp weather almost everyday. Only that I don't take my photos in the rain!. Please, don't draw the wrong conclusions (everything looks sunnier&better in the social media!). So I made the most of Friday morning to take photos, it was gloriously warm, and no windy!. I had picked one of my 'classic' colour combos and added a bold colour to my black&white dress (CandA, old), with some Hot Pink tights by Snag and pink turtleneck. Charity shopped necklace. Retail shopped beret. Adidas sneakers (old).
Aunque hemos tenido días soleados pero fríos por la mañana, también ha estado nublado y tormentoso casi cada día. Sólo porque no me tomo las fotos en la lluvia no significa que no llueva!, a veces las imágenes son engañosas en las redes sociales!. Así que el viernes por la mañana aproveché para sacar fotos, hacía un tiempo muy bueno y sin viento!. Había elegido una de mis combinaciones de color clásicas, añadir un color vivo y fuerte a mi vestido blanco y negro (del CandA, antiguo), con unas medias en rosa fuerte de Snag y un cuello vuelto rosa también. Collar de una tienda solidaria. Boina de una tienda local. Zapatillas Adidas, antigüitas.

It was also a sunny morning (damn cold and windy too!) on Saturday, when we ran errands. We enjoyed our walk to the market and some chatting with retailers. We made the most of the weather again, as storm Ingrid hit us in the evening. Same happened on Sunday, sunny morning and wild winds and rain in the evening. So crazy weather.

También una mañana soleada (aunque con frío y viento) el sábado, cuando salimos a hacer la compra, pasamos un rato muy agradable en nuestro paseo hasta el mercado y nuestra habitual charla con los vendedores y conocidos. De nuevo aprovechamos el tiempo, porque luego nos golpeó la borrasca Ingrid por la tarde y se puso feísimo. Lo mismo pasó el domingo, una mañana soleada y viento fuerte y lluvia por la tarde. Qué tiempo tan loco!.
