share-in-style: halloween

We've got a fabulous weekend visiting some friends of us at Zaragoza, and enjoying some street life and tapas. We're having an oddly hot weather and even summer fans are missing some fresh air!.
And I'm linking to share-in-style: halloween, because I'm sharing my Pumpkin Muffins recipe and a comic inspired outfit, which I think it's kinda halloween style!

Ingredients for 12 muffins.
150 gr flour
150 gr wholemeal flour
75 gr sugar (125 if you like them Sweeeet)
2 large eggs or 3 medium-sized eggs
75 gr olive oil (I think you can use any edible oil of your preference)
a packet of baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
200 gr baked/cooked butternut pumpkin (I cook it in the microwave, without adding water, for 5min)
100 gr dehydrated cranberries (or any berry or prune)
a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg (if you like them)

Put in a bowl any dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg) and mix them. Put in another bowl the eggs and beat them, adding the olive oil, and the cooked pumpkin (after crushing it with a fork). Add all the dry ingredients and stir them, until obtain a sticky dough, and then add the cranberries. Fill some muffin silicone molds using a spoon (this can be a little bothersome, you know, it's sticky!) and put them in the oven 160-180ºC for 15-20min or until a toothpick comes out dry.
