purple & starfish

We're having quite stuffy weather, overcast and warm, so it's not very pleasant these days. And I've decided to wear one of my favorite tunics, comfy and fresh, adding a crochet brooch I made some time ago. Love the idea of wearing starfishes on my hair!, yes, I enjoy this kind of ideas (and I'm a huge fan of enjoying fashion, don't you?)


Estamos teniendo unos días de lo más bochornoso, nublado y caluroso, nada agradable. Y he decidido ponerme una de mis túnicas favoritas, cómoda y fresca, y añadirle un broche de ganchillo que hice hace algún tiempo. Me ha encantado la idea de llevar estrellas de mar en el pelo. Sí, me divierten este tipo de ideas (y creo que divertirse con la moda es la gracia del asunto, ¿qué opináis?)

Este es el modelo que utilicé para ganchillear las estrellas de mar. Es fácil, si necesitáis ayuda con los términos, podéis comentarme o escribirme un email y haré lo que pueda.

That new sunnies were not ready to wear until my optician has changed its original lenses for another prescription ones: he was not surprised at my ask and did a great work, even if they're cheap plastic sunnies!.
And I've received another stuff from Asos!, an orange dress-tunic I'm planning to wear without its lining (too much thick for so hot weather), and a floral dress that will be perfect for our warm autumn.

Estas gafas de sol de Asos tuvieron que esperar a que en la óptica me cambiaran los cristales por unos graduados, para que pudiera llevarlas: muy amables, en la óptica no se extrañaron de que lo pidiera así, e hicieron un buen trabajo, aunque fuese en unas gafas baratas de plástico.
Y he recibido más cosas de Asos, un vestido-túnica naranja que planeo llevar sin el forro que traía (muy grueso para este clima!), y otro vestido floral que me vendrá perfecto para el otoño!.

light dress & red bag

I'm wearing a lightweight dress, bought at a classic style 'boutique' that was selling off. I get caught up in the thin and soft fabric and the black&white pattern (it's not a secret I love every graphic black&white pattern!). I've worn it several times, and love to put it in my luggage when I travel, because it's comfy and needn't to be ironed, it stay flawless all day!. Isn't it a pretty good dress to wear for a hot and busy day?



Este vestido de verano lo compré en una boutique de estilo clásico, la típica tienda 'de señoras', que estaba liquidando. Lo que me atrajo sobre todo fue la tela tan ligera y suave y el diseño en blanco y negro (es que siempre me han gustado tanto los estampados gráficos en blanco y negro!). Lo he llevado un montón de veces, y me encanta sobre todo meterlo en mi equipaje cuando viajo, porque es muy cómodo y además, no necesita plancha, está impecable todo el día!. ¿Verdad que es un vestido muy práctico para un día ajetreado y caluroso?

tenue du jour

This is the quite easy outfit I worn to go to work, and this was my aspect when I came home, carrying some bread in a paper bag. Just my common life, once more!

Aquí está lo que me he puesto para ir a trabajar, sin más complicaciones, y este era mi aspecto cuando volvía a casa, trayendo el pan en una bolsa de papel. Nada más que la vida corriente, de nuevo!
