south & holidays

I'be been out for a (too short) holiday and now I'm slowly coming back to my routine which could take me some days. It's good to be back and I also feel grateful that we could enjoy some favorite places once more. I posted last year about some remembrances of places where I used to live, which you can have a look at, if you'd like!.

He estado fuera de vacaciones unos (pocos) días y ahora estoy volviendo a la rutina, con tranquilidad, así que me llevará unos días. Me gusta estar de vuelta y también me alegra haber podido disfrutar de nuevo de algunos de mis lugares favoritos. El año pasado publiqué unos recuerdos de lugares donde solía vivir, que también podéis visitar, si os apetece!

orange tunic

Once more, I repeat clothes from my wardrobe. This orange tunic has been worn every summer from 2009, which means that its cost-per-wear is almost Zero!. I have some other similar tunics in other colors and prints, but this one is still a favourite of mine.
Even if my wardrobe is becoming huge, I still wear almost everything in it and repeat my clothes!. However, I receive some comments from coworkers and acquaintances about my massive wardrobe and what they suppose it is my (big) budget. Actually, many of them spend a lot of money in clothes that never wear, and their budget for this 'retail therapy' is sometimes pretty unreasonable!. So they really can't believe me when I tell them about how little I spend and the importance of doing wise investments!.
Do you also receive these kind of comments?

De nuevo repito ropa, nada nuevo!. Esta túnica la he estado llevando cada verano desde el 2009, así que si cálculo por cuánto me ha salido por cada vez que me la he puesto, sale por casi nada!. Tengo túnicas muy parecidas en otros colores y estampados, pero ésta sigue siendo de mis favoritas. Por mucho que mi guardarropa ha ido creciendo, sigo poniéndomelo todo y repitiendo!. Pero luego siempre hay comentarios de conocidos o en el trabajo de lo enorme que debe ser mi armario y mi presupuesto para ropa. En realidad, muchas de estas personas compran ropa que nunca se ponen e invierten en ello una cantidad de dinero muy poco razonable. Normal que luego no puedan creerse que gasto tan poco y que es mejor invertir sabiamente!

Another slice of my life!, more pictures taken in a garage alley meanwhile down is breaking!. Mwhaha, once more I've worn a comfy outfit and sneakers to go to work. This shirt came from a second hand pile of clothes at Sunday market. It looked boxy and oversized on me, but I kept it only because of its print and red color!. I tried different combinations, but finally it remained unworn for some time, until I revamped it into this kind of peasant blouse. Now I feel it more like myself and more comfortable too!
I think this pattern makes some cute shirts and it's really easy to sew! (it's my blue gingham pattern)

Otro fragmento de mi vida diaria!, más fotos tomadas en un callejón de un garaje mientras amanece! ;DDD De nuevo, me he puesto algo cómodo, con zapatillas para ir al trabajo. Esta camisa vino de la montonera de ropa de segunda mano del mercadillo del domingo. Me quedaba muy grande y cuadrada, pero me gustaba el estampado y el color (Rojo!). Después de intentar combinarla de diversas maneras, al final la dejé ahí medio abandonada, hasta que me puse a reformarla y convertirla en esta especie de blusa 'romántica'. Ahora me parece más de mi estilo y además mucho más cómoda. Este patrón es el mismo que utilicé para esta blusa de cuadritos azules, es muy fácil y admite toda clase de modificaciones. Seguro que sigo usándolo!

rain & sneakers

I got soaked in the evening when went for a walk in this oufit, but these pictures were taken before it happened. Actually, I took them with my camera timer at 7,45 in the morning, when I was going to work. So I was alone in a garage alley as down was breaking. And thinking that I'm used to do some ridiculous things for my blog! mwhaha!
Do you also laugh about yourself when taking pictures in unusual situations, like being in the middle of nowhere?

Me cayó encima una tormenta cuando salí a dar una vuelta por la tarde, llevando justamente esto mismo, pero las fotos son de antes de este momento!. En realidad, las saqué con el temporizador de la cámara a las 8 menos cuarto de la mañana, cuando iba a trabajar. Así que estaba sola en el callejón de un garage mientras amanecía. Y pensando que suelo hacer esta clase de tonterías por el blog, juasjuas
