This week I've worn twice my tartan dress and shoes instead of usual boots, because it was not really cold those days (at least, I thought so!). My winter dresses deserve more opportunities to go out and have fun, even when weather returns to real winter mood.

Esta semana he sacado dos veces el mismo vestido escocés y zapatos en vez de las botas ya habituales, porque no ha hecho frío de verdad estos días atrás (al menos para mí!). Mis vestidos de invierno se merecen más oportunidades de salir a divertirse, incluso aunque el tiempo vuelva a ponerse en modo invierno!

Something comfy to go for a walk, weather was not very unpleasant indeed!

Algo cómodo que me puse para salir a dar una vuelta, el tiempo no estaba muy desagradable en realidad!

Weather was really unpleasant when this pic was taken!. And then I had a meeting with some delightful local blogueuses, at a new café where some vintage pieces are exposed for decoration but also for sale!

El tiempo sí que estaba desagradable cuando me saqué esta foto. Y luego fuí a reunirme con las blogueras locales, en este nuevo café, La Retro donde se exponen piezas antiguas no sólo por decoración, también para la venta!

Wearing my revamped pullover, an old piece recovered from my parents storeroom, where it was for many years. It was shortened and then dyed in purple. I was inspired by trendy pullovers I saw in magazines, but really I was not able to let it in its creamy original color: purple is So Much Better for me!!
And this evening, I'm going to have some coffee with local blogger ladies!!. Wish you a nice weekend!

Llevando este jersey que he remodelado, una antigua prenda que recuperé del desván de mis padres, donde estuvo durante muchísimos años. Lo he recortado y luego teñido de morado. Me inspiré en la tendencia que ví en unas revistas, pero realmente no fuí capaz de dejarlo en su color original, un crema claro, porque el morado es Muchísimo Mejor para mí!!
Y esta tarde he quedado para tomar café con las chicas blogueras!. Y os deseo un estupendo fin de semana.

old new skirt

Wearing for the first time the skirt Fabulous Vix sent me, after adapting to my waist, just unsewing some pleats. I'm so glad wearing it, because its fabric is so texturized and rich and swooshes when I walk!. Not so glad about my photos today, it's difficult to smile when you're freezing and some people is staring at you, meanwhile your camera is standing on a bank and you're walking back and adopting 'poses'. When I've realized how ridiculous the situation was, I laughed a lot, anyway.
And somebody said me I look like Nanny McPhee (after children have behaved Very Nicely!!).

Estrenando esta falda que me envió la estupenda Vix, después de adaptármelo un poco en la cintura, simplemente descosiendo algunas pinzas. Me encanta llevarla, porque el tejido tiene tanta textura y peso, y además bisbisea cuando camino!. En cambio, no estoy nada contenta con mis fotos de hoy, es difícil salir sonriente cundo te estás helando y la gente se te queda mirando al pasar, mientras pones tu cámara en un banco y retrocedes para 'posar'. Bueno, en realidad me he reído mucho cuando me he dado cuenta de lo ridículo de la situación.
Y alguien me ha dicho que hoy me parecía a la Señorita McPhee, espero que fuese cuando los niños ya se habían portado Muy Bien!
