pink is punk

Making the most of sunny weather, I've been wearing this light wool coat and my pink sneakers. I started with a more conventional outfit (pants) to go for a walk through the city parks and then changed into something more colorful, a skirt and my crochet cardi. This makes me think about how my style has evolved, as I had very strong opinions on wearing midi skirts with sneakers and I hated pink color for almost all my life. It has been a big R-evolution!

  3. As an old punk, I was drawn to your post title immediately ;-) And I'm so glad I clicked on your post. It was an instant pick-me-up on this grey and miserable day. So much colour going on in your outfits. Love, love, love the purple coat. And I'm so glad pink has grown on you, as you look utterly fabulous wearing it. My style has definitely evolved since I first started blogging. It must be all the inspiration I keep getting from lovely people like you! Besos xxx

  5. BOOM!
This outfit has arrived... pink, purple and punk.
None of this trio appeal to my personal sense of style but YOU appeal on every level!!!
Bold and beautiful with attitude, sass and a sense of fun.
I'll never understand why people turn to drab and dreary clothes when anything is possible at any age and any dress size.
    You ROCK!!

  6. I never liked wearing pink for the longest time, but now, as long as it is a strong, bold pink, I'm ok with it. No pastel colours for me! That t-shirt is great!

  7. I, too, was anti-pink for the longest time! I love having this decade of recording my own (r)evolution - it's such an interesting thing.

Love that t-shirt (Hamlet!) and this stunning mix of colours. Have a wonderful week!

  8. We're rocking winter pink - @jessiejessyg invented it as a hashtag the other day when I posted a photo of me wearing a pink dress - you need to join our gang!
Love that teeshirt and the Aztec-y print on your skirt! xxx

  9. I used to hate pink, too!

Loved your purple coat and the beret with the roses on is just wonderful. I love your pink crochet cardigan and the patterns on the skirt with the purple tights and pink trainers!

It's good our style evolves otherwise we'd get stuck in a rut but even if it didn't your love of colour and layering is a winner every time!

Your weather sounds a bit like ours and it's sad to see the trees with no leaves. Roll on Spring!
