cardigans & spring

Weather has been really warm, however, I haven't enjoy it so much as it deserved. I've been really busy during the easter holidays, painting walls and adding some color to our spare room to make it more comfortable for our visitors (or probably, more memorable).
A pair of old maryjanes were also revamped with a new coat of color, but I didn't make it by myself!. I took them to a trusty cobbler who made a great job and it was really affordable. They look like a new pair of shoes, in a bright blue!.
Some sewing projects are waiting for my attention, there are some friends which I want to meet asap and some films which I want to watch too. But that's a fabulous way to be busy!
Joining Visible Monday and wishing you a visible week!

  4. Colour ahoy! Those redyed Mary Janes make my hear beat a little faster. What a good idea to leave it to the professionals, I've ruined a couple of pairs of shoes by having a bash myself!
We had the reverse, a cold blustery weather, not ideal for sorting out the garden but it got done!
Love both outfits, a vision in glorious technicolour, as always! xxx

  5. I can't choose between these two outfits - they're both gorgeous! The beads match the beautiful 'new' blue Mary Janes and I love the autumnal colours in the second. Wonderful earrings and I love the scarf!

You are a techni coloured vision, Monika!

Have a great week - it's good to be busy.

  8. What a fantastic post! I love the second outfit as it's all very much my colours, but oh, what a great renovation job your cobbler did to those shoes! And what a perfect match is that blue necklace? Fab styling as ever Monica!
