bringin' summer into autumn

I should love to create a winter's version of every summer outfit I love, but that's really difficult, so I'm just wearing some summer clothes under my coats, as I'm used to do!. I'm not changing my mind as Autumn is getting colder, and I refuse to embrace all those black and grey and brown shades which seem compulsory in the Winter months. I own two (old) black coats and a good pair of black boots, but no more. 'Cause cold is not going to stop me from loving colors!

  3. Fantastic! I love the maxi with the orange jacket and the tartan tunic with the hipster beenie hat and boots. You're so right, we can dress for cold weather without compromising colour and style. xxx

  4. Your sarong as a skirt looks so beautiful! Orange and teal are such a wonderful color combination (waiting to happen in my closet too :)... I agree with you - bright colors are so much needed in winter! That is why I bought my burnt orange coat last winter, and I love it. Though black makes a great foundation for bright colors, as you proove here so successfully!!

I wanted to let you know that I love reading your travel posts. I don't always have time to comment, but your blog is one of my most favorite for inspiration. You bring a happy smile to my face every single time, my dear! Hugs! xxxx

  6. That sarong is so beautiful, it would be a shame to wear it only in summer! I completely agree, we can wear a lot of our summer clothing all year, just layer it up and you're good to go! Beautiful colours as always. xxx
