white & winter

This is what I worn to go for an outing last weekend. We took our visitors to some medieval villages near our town, and enjoyed a pretty sunny morning, even though it was cold!

Esto es lo que me puse para salir de excursión el pasado fin de semana. Llevamos a unas visitas a conocer algunos pueblecitos medievales de por aquí cerca, y tuvimos una mañana muy soleada, aunque muy fría.

- white jeans and polka dot blouse, La Redoute (old) / vaqueros blancos y blusa de lunares
- purple cardi, C&A (old) / chaqueta punto morada
- puffy coat, El Corte Inglés (very old) / acolchado
- crochet scarf / bufanda ganchillo
- booties, Clarks / botines
- mittens, swapped! by Sister B / mitones, de intercambio, obra de Sister B

Once more, I'm not going to be possessed by any Christmas spirit, but I wish you a happy night whatever you would do. Natalis Invicti Solis!

De nuevo, no voy a dejarme llevar por el espíritu navideño, pero os deseo de verdad una feliz noche, sea lo que sea lo que hagáis. Y Feliz Solsticio, Natalis Invicti Solis!

  1. That village is beautiful and you dress for the cold weather so well! Colourful and funky and always fabulous.
There's no Xmas spirit in this house either but there is rum and that's the only one I'm interested in! Have a fab family time. Besos! xxx

  2. "medieval villages near our town" sounds so awesome. I can take people to see the strip mall down the street.

    Have a lovely day!

  3. What a beautiful place to visit. And you are resplendent in purple and white, and looking gorgeous! We might not do the religious side of Christmas, but we do enjoy the food and drink, so I hope you will be doing the same! xxxx

  5. I am not possessed either, but I'm going to have a huge breakfast tomorrow morning.
You are a treat in purple. Fantastic. You will definitely have woken up the people in that village - if they aren't already awake. The history there is incredible. There were only First Nations settlements during the Medieval days over here. Or maybe a few Vikings? Oh well, we certainly don't have beautiful historic buildings like that.
